ShippingAll orders are shipped via USPS within 4 business days of order date. Orders for prints and other custom orders may take up to two weeks. If there is ever a delay or an item is not in stock, we will notify you and let you know when the item will be shipped.
Orders shipped by First Class International Mail usually take between 5-15 business days from the shipping date to arrive.

Personalized ProductsFast Snail is thrilled when customers choose to personalize one of our designs. See
personalized stationery for products in this category. Fast Snail provides the customer with an e-mail proof of their order for approval before printing. Please allow two weeks for delivery of personalized items. If there is a delay in the process Fast Snail will notify you.
ReturnsIf you are not pleased with your order and would like to return the products in their original condition, please contact us at within 10 days for store credit or a credit card refund minus a 20% restocking charge. All opened or used items cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping to Fast Snail unless the return is the result of our error.
Personalized items can not be returned unless there was a mistake made by Fast Snail after the customer approved the proof before printing. Please contact us for more information about returns at
