This print is a modern take on the
bronze statue of Freedom by Thomas Crawford that resides atop the U.S. Capitol dome. Here she spins in chalky yellows, green, blues, yellows, and oranges on a fresh green background. Squares in watery hues and punctuated intensely colored statue "flowers" line the bottom of the print.
The spidery blossom in the upper left corner is actually made up of the United States' motto of "E Pluribus Unum" hand-lettered by Liz.
Printed with archival inks on 100% cotton archival fine art paper.
Prints are signed by Liz and mounted in acid-free 8-ply white mats with acid-free backing.
